I certify that the above-described Labradoodles is of sound health at the time of sale. Said puppy has a 2. -Year health guarantee to be free of any inherited genetic disorders from the date of birth. We will replace the dog if any of the above mentioned occurs. We must receive written proof from a licensed DMV. We also retain the right to have a 2nd opinion at our expense. The buyer must have puppy examined by a competent veterinarian of their choice within 3 days of the date and time of delivery.

If within 3 days of this date, the puppy should become ill, you may return the dog and get a full refund or a new dog. (Shipping fees will not be refunded) However if buyer takes the puppy to the vet, during this period or incur any expense, the seller will not be responsible for any vet bills.  If you have any concerns contact us immediately.

This agreement is made for our mutual benefit to protect you as well as ourselves.

Your new puppy will have been seen by a veterinarian, have a health check up with a 100% clean bill of health, appropriate shots and be wormed prior to your receiving the puppy

A warranty against all serious life altering genetic disease is provided for 2 years after the date if sale.  Should a genetic disease be discovered during this time that will greatly shorten the life of dog, or greatly alter the quality of the life of dog, seller will provide buyer with replacement dog.

A warranty for HD is provided for two years after the date of sale.  This warranty will be terminated should the dog be allowed to become overweight or developing joints be overstressed at any point during the warranty period.  Should dog be found to have HD during its first two years. Buyer must provide seller with proof in the form of documentation from Penn HIP. We reserve the right to confirm results. Replacement will only occur if dog is returned to seller at buyer’s expense.

Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable to the buyer or to any third for any consequential incidental or special damages resulting from or in manner related to the dog.

Upon execution of this contract all veterinary care and its associated costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the buyer.

Said puppy is being sold as a pet only. Buyer has 8 months to provide written verification to Lake Hazel Labradoodle that spaying and or neutering has been preformed.  If on the 9th month this has not been done the health guarantee is forfeited.

Buyer agrees to maintain this dog in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to, inoculation, internal and external parasites, and preventive medication.  Veterinary records must be provided to breeder if requesting replacement.  If any of the above preventive care has not been provided, health warranty will be void.
