    How do you reserve a puppy?  

Please fill out, sign and return our Puppy Application (Puppy Application) along with a Payment in full. Our puppy's go on  a first come first serve basis.  We will ship the Puppy (if required) at the buyers expense.  Acceptable payment methods are cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and  Pay Pal.  Paypal  payments can be sent to lakehazel@cableone.com  Please no personal checks.
